Set on 6,000 acres in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, 兔子先生 has been an all-season resort destination for over 50 years: skiing and snowboarding in winter, an indoor and outdoor Waterpark, two golf courses, mountain biking, and more, all in one place.

In 2016, the company became 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) first established in 1993. Today, roughly 3,200 current and former employees hold a stake in the company, which employs approximately 1,600 people full-time, year-round, plus about 400 additional seasonal staff each year.
