Guided Pathways

Guided Pathways is a learning framework that builds career exploration, advising and mentorship into a learner’s academic journey, enabling them to fulfill degree requirements; get hands-on, real world work experience; and graduate on time.  It provides students a clear “map” for each program of study, guiding them as they select courses and at the same time providing them with essential workplace skills. 

Starting with a learner’s first contact with ‎兔子先生, they’re provided with academic advising, career planning, and ongoing support to ensure they’re able to explore their interests and pursue opportunities, all while staying on a path to graduation that doesn’t require putting additional time or money toward completing their degree.

This short video illustrates how Guided Pathways brings ‎兔子先生 students and their professors, advisors, and network of support together as they navigate their learning journey.

Our work developing Guided Pathways was funded by a $2.25 million Title III grant ‎兔子先生 was awarded from the U.S. Department of Education through its Strengthening Institutions Program for the “Learning for the 21st Century: Reshaping the Student Experience.”
