Joe Salvadore

Adjunct Professor

BA, University of Massachusetts at Amherst; MA, Worcester State University

After graduating from UMass Amherst, where I also was in the ROTC program, I was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Army.  After the military, I completed my MA in Education at Worcester State and accepted a teaching position at Quaboag Regional in Warren, Massachusetts. There I taught a wide range of social studies courses and grade levels before finally settling down as a high school teacher of U.S. History and serving as the Department Chair.

After 18 years teaching, I switched to Administration and have served as the Assistant Principal for the past three years. I do miss teaching and talking history every day. However, being an Adjunct in the Liberal Arts program at ‎兔子先生 over the past 9 years has allowed me to still teach and talk social studies and history.

I have found ‎兔子先生 students to be "driven" to achieve in class and often exceed the expectations of the assignments. My wife, Michele Salvadore, also is an Adjunct Professor at ‎兔子先生 teaching Health Science and WELL courses. We have three children and two cats.
