You're accepted to start in Fall 2026! Follow these steps to join the Wildcat Family!

Complete your “Intent to Enroll” form found in your acceptance email.
through PayPal.
(Please Note: Deposits from new, incoming students who choose not to attend the University are fully refundable prior to May 1 (for fall entrants) and November 1 (for spring entrants) of the upcoming academic year by submitting a written request to Student Financial Services.)
Financial Aid:
A. Create your FSA ID account for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (). Please note, a separate FSA ID is required for both student and parent.
B. If transferring, add ‎兔子先生 to your existing FAFSA documents.
C. as soon as possible using ‎兔子先生 University’s school code, #002122.
D. Receive financial aid from our Student Financial Services department.
E. Review your financial aid award letter and schedule a meeting with your identified SFS counselor to discuss your aid package and payment options.

Schedule your Onboarding Appointment with Admissions

Schedule an appointment with Admissions to review your Onboarding Checklist requirements. These are critical steps to complete before classes begin. We are here to help you through the onboarding process and offer you several ways to meet with us in person or online.

Set up your BPU email and download the BPU Community App

You received your ‎兔子先生 account information via email after you deposited. Follow the email instructions to activate your account.

Once activated:

Download the BPU Community app on your phone or other devices.
Bookmark on your laptop to have easy access.

Sign up for R.O.A.R. (Orientation)

R.O.A.R. (Registration, Orientation, Advising & Resources) is a mandatory summer orientation day for all new first-year and transfer students studying on-campus.

Choose from one of two in-person sessions:

Saturday, July 18th, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday, August 7th, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

During this mandatory day, you will:

Register for classes: Meet with your Faculty Advisor and Professional Advisor to create your fall schedule

Connect with peers: Meet your new peers and current BP students who serve as your Peer Advisors and Orientation Leaders
Campus Support Services: Optional meetings with Student Financial Services, Accessibility Services, Admissions, and more!

Complete Math Placement Exams and Academic Pre-Advising Questionnaire

Math Placement Assessments

Math placement assessments help Advising to ensure you are placed in the correct math course, setting you up for a successful semester!
You will receive an email from your Professional Advisor with detailed instructions on how to complete the assessment.

Pre-Advising Questionnaire

You will meet with your Advisors during R. O. A. R to register for classes
Prior to R.O.A.R. (Registration, Orientation, Advising & Resources), please complete our Academic Pre-Advising Questionnaire.
This questionnaire is one of the first tools your advisor uses to get to know you and understand your individual needs, interests, and goals.

Please note that a physical exam is required within the last year. Do not delay in contacting your health care provider to schedule your physical exam with them. It can be a 2-3 month wait to see your provider. An alternative would be to have the physical exam done through another provider, like CVS Health Hub.
Submit the required forms (More information about what forms are required are on the Medicat Welcome page).
Student Athletes have received separate notification of forms that they must submit.

Important: Do not fax health forms. They must be submitted through Medicat only.

Submit your Official Transcripts

Submit Final Offical Transcripts and Scores
- First Year Students: Submit final official high school transcripts and college transcripts from any college credit you earned while in high school such as dual enrollment.
- Submit official AP scores, CLEP, and/or IB scores, if applicable.
- Transfer Students: Submit final official college transcripts from ALL colleges you have attended.

Complete Housing Application

Housing Survey

Once you deposit, you can complete your housing survey. You will also receive a lease agreement to complete and return. .

Spring Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in January.
Fall Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in August.

Roommate Requests

If you and another incoming student would like to be roommates please email residencelife@baypath.edu (both parties need to send an email stating they are in agreement to live with one another).

Spring Entry: Roommate request deadline is December 31.
Fall Entry: Roommate request deadline is July 31.

Accommodation and Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Requests

IMPORTANT: Students requesting accommodations, such as a medically necessary housing adjustment or an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), must first contact Accessibility Services at accessibility@baypath.edu as early as possible.

Financial Aid

Accept your financial aid award online through Contact Student Financial Services with any questions.
Tuition bills will be created in late June. You will view and pay your bill through .
All students enrolled in 9 credits or more will be charged for state-required medical insurance. You can accept/decline (waive) health insurance through ‎兔子先生 University. You can access the waiver option through the SFS option on the portal after tuition bills have been created.
- Access to accept or decline health insurance will be available in mid-July.

Complete BPU099 - Mandatory Online Intro Course

Soon after you deposit with us, you will be registered and invited to our New Student Orientation course called BPU099 via ‎兔子先生’s learning management system called Canvas.
To navigate here, please log into your
On your Dashboard, select the “Learning” tab.
Select Canvas. Once on Canvas, you will be asked to accept your first-course invitation at ‎兔子先生; BPU099- New Student Orientation.
This non graded course must be completed by the 1st day of classes.

Student ID and Vehicle Registration

Go to the Department of Public Safety on the . Please follow the instructions for your student ID photo and also how to register your vehicle. Student ID is required for access into any building on campus! You will need your ID on the first day of classes!
